Lotz of Story
Roy Lotz was born and raised in Austin, TX. He graduated from Gallaudet University in 2011 with a degree in Psychology.
Growing up, one of his fondest memories was grilling Porterhouse and T-Bone steaks in his father’s backyard over a charcoal Weber grill. Upon graduation, Roy moved back to Austin and it did not take long for him to get nostalgic and go straight to cooking BBQ.

Delicious brisket that just keeps getting better! They're getting creative with their dishes and sauces too--I always order extra brisket to enjoy with fried eggs in a tortilla for breakfast. Plus, the service in American Sign Language is a unique and awesome touch!

Lotz of BBQ is an absolute the best BBQ in ATX! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with mouth watering aroma of slow cooked meats. The juicy brisket tacos and breakfast tacos was just right amount of smoky flavor. Any BBQ lover, you're missing out and it's also a catering biz that will come to your home. Highly recommended!!
